Guard Licensed Bart Fessenden has been fishing the waters around Buzzard's
Bay for over thirty years. He knows where the fish are
biting, and on board
Shooting Star he can get you to the prime fishing grounds faster than any
other.
"I have over 30 years of
experience fishing and boating in the waters surrounding Cape Cod and the
Islands. I have earned several certificates including my OUPV (Sixpack)
License from the U.S.C.G. Fishing has been a huge part of my life and my
son’s. We have shared countless hours of fun and have memories to last our
